Las "Houses Of Parliament" (Londres, Reino Unido)
En las "Houses Of Parliament" (también conocidas como Palacio de Westminster) están ubicadas las dos Cámaras (la de Los Comunes y la de Los Lores) que componen el Parlamento del Reino Unido. Están situadas en la ribera norte del Támesis y originalmente se trataba de una residencia real a la que se dio otros usos a partir del siglo XVI. Tiene unas 1.000 habitaciones y dependencias, la más antigua de las cuales es el "Westminster Hall", que data del siglo XI.
The "Houses Of Parliament" (also known as Westminster Palace) is the meeting place of the two Houses of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It lies on the north bank of the River Thames and originally served as a royal residence, although it had other different uses since sixteenth century. It contains aproximately 1,000 rooms, the oldest one is Westminster Hall, that dates from eleventh century.

Most of the present structure was built between 1840 and 1888 in a gothic revival style that combines with nearby Westminster Abbey.

Tower Bridge (Londres, Reino Unido)
El Puente de la Torre (no confundir con el Puente de Londres) recibe su nombre de su proximidad con la Torre de Londres. La necesidad de un nuevo puente para la ciudad llevó a convocar un concurso en 1876 al que concurrieron 50 diseños. Resultó elegido un puente levadizo cuya construcción duró 8 años y que es en la actualidad uno de los emblemas de la capital británica.

St. James's Park (Londres, Reino Unido)
El parque de St. James's ocupa 23 hectáreas en el centro de Londres, en el distrito de Westminster. Se encuentra muy próximo a lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad como el Palacio de Buckingham (que aparece de fondo en la fotografía de hoy), Trafalgar Square, Downing Street, el Parlamento o la Abadía de Westminster.
St. James's Park occupies 23 hectares in central London, district of Westminster. Is close to emblematic places such as Buckingham Palace (which appears in the background of today's picture), Trafalgar Square, Downing Street, Parliament and Westminster Abbey.
Es uno de los parques más visitados de Londres debido a su extraordinaria ubicación. Es famoso por la gran cantidad de ardillas que alberga.
It is one of the most visited parks in London because of its extraordinary location. It is famous too for the large number of squirrels there are in it.
